COVIS-19 update‼️ During this time of uncertainty KB Fitness has put temporary measures in place! All current and potential clients are being upgraded to online PT at no additional cost!!

This upgrade will include personalised home workouts, online check ins and one to one slots, and outdoor bootcamps!

At the current moment until advised otherwise by government-

Outdoor bootcamp will take place Garleton Lodge, Haddington! More details at end of this post!

These are both temporary and are subject to change in the coming weeks due to COVID-19!

It’s important to keep busy during this time of isolation not only physically but also mentally! Things will return to normal before we know it!

*Scoliosis transformation* when this client originally came to me in January the main aim in our training was to help with the alignment of his spine as he suffered from scoliosis (curvature of the spine) which can lead to further physical issues and back pain. (PICTURE 1-2) . Once we could see an improvement in his alignment, his focus was to gain muscle (PICTURE 2-3). This shows the physical benefits of exercise on the mechanics of our bodies, AMAZING effort from my client💪🙌🙌
