Our Musical Theatre Lessons are for children of all abilities and aged 5+. Our lessons are our taught by an experienced teacher and involve learning different vocal techniques and performance skills. Our pupils also have the opportunity to participate in local festivals and complete Musical Theatre exams (optional).

After a very busy summer, Patrick and I are now off on our holidays enjoying some much needed downtime.

The studio reopens Wednesday 30th August for our Autumn Term.

We still have a few available lesson slots for piano, flute, music theory, musical theatre plus our autumn workshops (ukulele and musical theatre). To book in, send me a wee message.

Perfect for beginners, our musical theatre workshops are filled with fun musical games, popular musicals and creative prop making tasks.

If your child enjoys singing or acting or you would like to find an activity which will boost their confidence, our musical theatre workshops are a great place to start.

Our workshop series will conclude with a small performance in the final week to showcase the progress made by each of the children participating.

We are so excited to announce that we will be running a series of ukulele and musical theatre workshops in September and October in our studio.

Our workshops are designed to allow beginners to try something new in a fun, supportive group environment. Our sessions will also include arts and crafts specific to the theme.

Well that’s our final day done and dusted. From all of the staff at EC Music School, we hope you had a great time this week and we hope to see you again very very soon! We’ve had a fantastic week with the kids!
I want to thank our wonderful staff for putting 100% into everything they’ve done this week. I also want to thank for the use of the football fields and for the use of their facilities.

Can you believe we’re on day 4 already? What a day we’ve had - we played team games on the playing fields, made bunting, played music and chalked our favourite landmarks!

We had so much today at camp! We started with an alphabet challenge then finished our arts and crafts task from Monday before spending the afternoon playing games at the football fields.

Mums and dads should be very proud as every child got up and presented their superhero in front of the whole group this morning 👍

And like a flash, day 2 is over! Today we created our own superheros, participated in a group quiz, burnt off some energy with our mini group games and invented new, top secret vehicles for MI6.

I don’t know about the kids, but both Patrick and I are wrecked after day 1! What a jam packed day filled with fun games, crafts and outdoor sports. More photos to follow.

We're only one sleep away from our big multi-activity summer camp, are you excited?

Before we start our programme, we'd like to introduce the team running the show this week.

Elaine and Patrick are our activity managers running and managing the camp. With a wealth of experience running kids camps, they are sure this week is going to be a blast!

Carson, Adam and Emi are joining us as activity leaders. Together they bring a variety of experience from coaching football to volunteering with young people.

What a fantastic finish to our piano camp! Tonight we practiced a few new pieces, composed our own pieces and performed them to our peers!

I’ve had so much fun teaching all of the kids this week and I am really impressed with how far they’ve come in just 4 nights!

Tonight we brought together all of the musical elements from day 1 and 2 to allow us to play our first songs!
The kids were super excited and sounded fantastic!

We had a great night tonight at our piano camps! We learnt about musical clefs, notation and the older girls even composed their own pieces!

We had so much fun tonight at our piano camps!
Tonight the girls and boys learnt about the musical alphabet and how to name all of the keys on the piano. Our older group also learnt about musical clefs.

It’s been a super busy summer at EC Music School. Alongside our summer lessons, we’ve ran 2 music camps with another piano camp starting tomorrow and our huge multi-activity camp beginning the week after.

Welcome to our new and improved studio!
Due to increased demand we have moved to a bigger unit within the same building. This move will allow us to grow our group lessons and camps alongside creating more space for our musical theatre classes starting in September.
Although we still have the finishing touches to add, we are very happy with the new space and look forward to showing you around it soon 🎶

Less than a week to go before our Musical Theatre Camp begins in our Studio in Richhill. Our camp is perfect for beginners so why not come along and try out musical theatre through games and musical activities.

Piano Camp - Day 4

Tonight was the final night of the July Piano Camp. We laughed, revised our left hand notes and played lots and lots of music!

In a matter 4 days, we have learnt about the musical alphabet, musical notation and pitch in both the right hand and left.

Great job girls and maybe see some of you in September to keep developing your musical skills 🎶
