In between training sessions yesterday we were able to come together in support of Macmillan Cancer Support by hosting a staff coffee morning. Thank you to all of our star bakers and to our well being team for setting up. We are continuing our support for this special cause next week with our parent/carer department coffee mornings and would love to see as many of you there as possible 🙂
On National Classroom Assistants day we want to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to our amazing staff in Tor Bank - we are very lucky to have such a great team 😀
We are very grateful to the East Belfast Scooter Club who are running this event to raise funds for school 🙂
We are looking forward to welcoming back our Tor Bank Tots sessions on Monday 2nd October, 2-3pm. No booking is required for this session which will be held in our Family Centre. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to run our Friday morning Tots this year

It's hard to believe that Summer Scheme is over for another year! A huge thank you to all our staff who helped make it such a success over the 2 weeks, and to everyone who joined us for activities - the photos show lots of happy faces 😀

It's almost time for Summer Scheme 😀 Week 1 commences on Monday (Foundation, Sixth Form and MS3). Teams will not be used during this time so please contact the main office if you need anything over the next two weeks. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

➡️ If you were in receipt of Free School Meals and Uniform Allowance in previous years, you MUST apply again for all children for whom you have parental responsibility and who are attending full-time school or Regional/FE College.
The Go ON NI team is also available to offer help with grant applications through free Digital Clinics held in Libraries NI sites across NI. Remaining clinics are open from 10am to 4pm.

If you receive one of the following then you must upload a Proof of Benefits letter with your application:

➡️ Guarantee Element of State Pension Credit
Then you must upload a Proof of Benefits letter with your application.

💻 Once you receive the letter, keep it securely and upload a copy when you submit your Free School Meals and Uniform Allowance application.

HUDDLE SUMMER SCHEME Carew Family Centre!
This summer scheme is for children with ASD, social and/or behavioural difficulties.
Age 5 to 7: Tues & Thurs @ 10:15AM - 11:45AM for 5 weeks
Age 8 to 11: Tues & Thurs @ 12:45PM - 2:15PM for 5 weeks
Both groups start on Tues 18.07.23
There will also be a trip to W5 included for all groups on Tuesday 15.08.23.
To sign up please fill out this form asap as spaces are limited to 8 per group. If your child cannot attend all sessions we would discourage you from booking as this may take the space of a child who can attend and benefit from all sessions.
