A small bespoke intimate wedding cake for the couple to match their Christmas Themed Wedding.
The christmas tree matched the one in the room they had their reception in and the red ribbon matching the red curtains.

The couple chose a 4 tier grooved buttercream cake placed onto an engraved wooden log supplied by who I refer all my couples to as their logs are amazing.
The flowers were lovely and the red roseslike velvet. The theme was a winter/christmas theme, so pine cones, cinamon etc was added.

A while back I had the amazing opportunity to be involved for a photoshoot for Matrimony Magazine. Run by a lovely locally based couple here in the UK who own and run it. The brief for the shoot was called The Snow Queen.
After the last few days of white crisp snow, there isn’t no better time to showcase this cake than now.
The entire cake is edible. The bottom tier featuring wafer paper ruffles. “Silver tier” consisted of edible sequins and glitter. The top tier, edible sugar crystals and then on top of the cake featuring sugar and rice paper work.

No ressure at all to produce this cake as I have worked with Katie and Tim for the best part of two years on the Vaccination Programme.
They went with a christmas themed chocolate ganached cake as they did not want sugrapste. I added christmas baubles to the cake as they had used them as wedding favours. Colour scheme was red, purple and gold.

This small, friendly operation is based in Dudley in the West Midlands and I cover the surrounding counties, Worcester, Staffordshire, Shropshire, and Warwickshire.
Over the years I have become well known for my award winning cakes and I specialize in Wedding Cakes and Teaching. Many graduates of our classes have gone on to become award-winners in their own right.
I don’t just specialize in wedding cakes and teaching though; I also create stylish, elegant and beautiful cakes and cupcakes for all occasions, from weddings, birthdays to large corporate events and Corporate Team Building Days and Hen Parties, as well as educational classes ate schools and colleges.
