She came too me a few months ago looking to start doing some resistance/weight training
Before this she was already making changes and doing absolutely fantastic with her nutrition and steps straight after Christmas
As you can see by these pictures her body has reacted really well to weight/resistance training only 2 x per week ๐ฎ

The reason she has gotten these results is hard work and consistency ๐
Most people fail because they give up when they donโt see instant results.
Look at the time frame on these pictures. 5 months.
Again, you have to show up week in week out, work hard in and outside the gym, stay consistent, trust the process and the result will come
We have set new goals in this next 4 week training block to get down to her target weight of 10 stone and I have no doubt in my mind she will get there ๐

Hargy came to me with the goal to cut some body fat but also to get stronger and fitter for the football/Gaelic season which started not so long ago
Hargy has shed 5kg/11lbs in weight
He is a lot leaner around the chest back and shoulders ๐ฅ
gained some serious strength in specially on his lower body back squatting 140kg for a reps ๐ฅ๐
safe to say his favourite training day was lower body ๐คฃ

Bro is part of my female fat loss program
Brighdin came too me after Christmas after Christmas with her main goal being to loose 1 stone
As you can see by the messages itโs safe to say we hit that milestone and Iโm buzzing for her

What can I say about Christy, heโs gotten these awesome results from training a push/pull/lower split 3 days per week since the end of January. He didnโt want to loose much of his size but wanted to loose unwanted fat and get leaner in the process.
Nutrition wise I put Christy in a -500kcal deficit and followed a calorie counting approach using MyFitnessPal, nothing fancy, just implementing what works scientifically!
Christy is a wonder client puts in 100% every session, doesnโt miss sessions (even though he fu***ng hates training legs ๐๐) stays consistent inside and outside the gym always asking questions and trying to get better ๐ชโ๏ธ.
He even had plenty of free meals and enjoyed some alcohol some weekends.
Heโs now in a great position to start back at his football which is starting soon, fitter, leaner, stronger, happier๐ฅ

8 WEEK CLIENT PROGRESS
Client: Christy Moran
Time frame: 8 weeks
Start weight: 91kg > 86kg (total loss of 4kg / 8.8lbs
Christy came to me with his main goal being to cut body fat and improve overall fitness for the football season starting back up hopefully soon.
He had a good training age/history but hadnโt trained in many months and accumulated a lot of fat.
We achieved these results through 3 resistance training sessions per week, made some tweaks nutrition wise and increased steps (output).
After 4/5 weeks Christyโs fat loss progress stalled as he wasnโt tracking calories. What gets measured gets managed. If youโre not tracking, youโre guessing.
Itโs vitally important if you want to achieve fat loss you need to be in a calorie deficit (consuming less calories than your expending).
So we tracked calories on MyFitnessPal more strictly and the results came.
More than happy with this 8 week progress.

In todayโs session we worked some cone reaction drills, trap bar deadlifts, ladder agility work, plyometric jumps, med ball overhead lunges, TRX rows, core work and finished with 20s/10s tabata on the assault bike 5 min time cap.

To even imagine myself at the condition I was in only four weeks ago is crazy!! I've been working with a female client 2 sessions per week for the past 6 to 8 weeks.

One of her goals when she came to me was to gain more confidence within a gym environment so she could eventually go into the gym by herself and complete a session on her own shifting decent weight with proper form without any judgment from others.
