It leads to BIG disfunction within the body and mental, physical and emotional problems.

Negative thinking
Assessing your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical symtoms is a process I get myself clients to do daily. You'd be very surprised how much you can learn about yourself from this simple exercise that takes minutes to do.
Awareness and accepting your current situation is the only way to make things better.
We can completely recover from burnout. I've been building a program over the past 12 months to slowly bring someone out of burnout.
When I hit burnout there was no help or tailored programs to turn too. I've worked with many individuals to help.build.me back up and specialised in the areas that matter.
