Induction meetings will take place for all pupils and one parent on Wednesday 25th, Thursday 26th and Friday 27th. If you have misplaced your information letter and are unsure which morning you and your child should attend please contact school tomorrow.

POST-PRIMARY APPLICATION NOTIFICATION
The date for notification for post-primary applications has been brought forward to Saturday 12 June. Parents/guardians who have applied for a place for their child online will be able to login to the EA Post-Primary Application portal from 9am to receive the outcome of their child’s application.
The placement of children for whom EA maintains a statement of special educational needs is a separate process to that outlined above. The majority of parents will have received their child’s amended statement naming their placement for September.
Where places have not been confirmed by 14 June, SEN Link Officers will communicate with parents to update them on their individual consultation process. Parents can contact their SEN Link Officer or SEN Helpline on 028 9598 5960.

Eat Well Live Well – Youth Online
The EA Youth Service has launched its Eat Well Live Well programme for Young people registered with EA Youth Service aged 4-25 years who need to access a 5-day food box providing breakfast & lunch Mon-Fri as part of a safety net to the provision of free school meals during Covid-19.

Home school packs will be available for collection at the following times tomorrow:
Primary 1- 1.15pm-1.30pm
Primary 2- 1.30pm-1.45pm
Primary 3- 1.45pm- 2.00pm
Primary 4- 2.00pm- 2.15pm
Primary 5- 2.15pm-2.30pm
Primary 6- 2.30pm- 2.45pm
Primary 7- 2.45pm-3.00pm
Following guidelines please stick to your allocated time. If you have more than 1 pack to lift for your family please use one of the allocated times. You must only take your own child’s/ children’s pack.
Teachers will be providing information on the app regarding home school learning. If you are having difficulty accessing the app Mrs McIlroy and Mr O’Hagan will be available on Friday 20th March to help.
Update:
Following EA and DENI guidance school will open tomorrow. Breakfast club is open for working parents and there will be no after school clubs or activities.
From Monday 23rd March school will be closed until further notice.
Further information about home school learning packs will be available tomorrow.
If anyone still needs support with our app Mrs McIlroy and Mr O’Hagan will be available to assist parents from 11am.
