Another of our contracts is with the Licensed Trade Charity. If you have ever worked in that sector or currently do, you may be able to access this counselling offer.
To find out if you qualify, please apply on the LTC website. You will be asked to give permission for the LTC to check with HMRC that your current/previous employer is eligible.

Salary: £22,000 per annum (with potential enhancements depending on experience)

Relate Coventry & Warwickshire is a charitable organisation supporting individuals, couples, families and children.

This is a varied and demanding administrative role requiring commitment and dedication. We are looking for an organised, compassionate, motivated and flexible individual with excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail and a confident telephone manner, to join our Centre Support Team. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer/client services role is desirable, however training will also be provided.

The role involves supporting clients, professionals, and colleagues with their enquiries, as well as using initiative within the team to complete day-to-day administrative tasks to support the running of this organisation. The role requires empathy, understanding and an approachable demeanour.

Do you have the time to spare, the skills to share and would like to support a local charity? We currently have a vacancy for a qualified accountant to join our board of trustees. Our Trustees are the people who are responsible for the governance of the charity and work closely with the senior management team.

We need someone who understands how charities work, is an effective communicator and comfortable making policy decisions, as part of a team.

It is a voluntary role, expenses can be paid. We will not make huge demands on your time, but you would need to be available to attend quarterly meetings and away days .

Your role will be to work with children and young people and their families who are affected by Domestic Abuse to improve their safety, understand their experience, and overcome the trauma of experiencing domestic violence and abuse. This will include delivering support and group work interventions to children both online and face to face, and to deliver DA Parenting groupwork; as well as working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary partners, including Children Services, DA partner agencies and WM Police.
22.5 hours per week at £26,750.00 per annum, pro rata
• You must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working directly with children and young people in a supporting role from a school, family support, or charity setting
• You must have a good understanding of Domestic Abuse and the impact on children and their families
• You must have access to a confidential space in your home for some online working and administration tasks
• You must be able to drive and have access to the use of a vehicle for work
• You should be motivated, resilient, and committed to meeting positive outcomes for children and young people.

The service supports children and young people aged 5-19 experiencing issues relating to family change, bereavement, self-harm, gender and online life. You must be able to apply a model of working which is cognisant of pressures which face children and young people and be able to navigate ethical considerations of working with children and young people
You will be working across Coventry based in schools and within our counselling centre.

Term Time Only post
26 hours per week £27,224 pro rata.
You must be able to work evenings.
You must be qualified to Level 5 and have extensive professional experience of
working with young people, preferably in a therapeutic or support setting.

You should be motivated and resilient and committed to meeting positive outcomes for children and young people.

Relate Coventry and Warwickshire have a fantastic, local opportunity for qualified counsellors, passionate about building on your existing skills and experience to work with couples and individuals with a relational focus.
The course is fantastic value for money at £1,500 and this includes your lunches and refreshments.
The course requires a 50 hour placement at a Relate centre.

Our Separation Planner is an online tool which helps people who are thinking about separation to make decisions and plans for the future. Building on Relate’s already-successful ‘Ready to separate’, ‘Safe to separate’ and ‘Starting to separate’ tools, the service brings together the best information and support to help people understand their situation and find a way through.
