Cold Shredded Salmon Salad 🥗

👉 leftovers from yesterday’s dinner became a very simple and tasty lunch 😋
👉 iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, radish, spring onion, cucumber and of course shredded salmon filet 👉 sprinkled with olive oil & lemon.. I added some dry chilli flakes to add a bit of a kick to my meal and to stimulate metabolism 🤩

✨Lemon & Ginger hot water drink✨

✨Yesterday, I talked about the importance of looking after your health and protecting your immune system
✨I know it’s really hard for most of us in these difficult times to be exercising and eating a healthy diet - not even talking about starting a new exercise regime or a new diet plan!
✨Between working from home, homeschooling and all of the other household duties, we are just happy to get through our day!
✨We find there is not enough time to do a healthy food prep, grocery shop or exercising - we are just glad to manage the day and put our feet up for a minute at the end of it!

✨ BUT (there is always a but!) WE CAN TRY TO DO ONE LITTLE THING EACH DAY, a small action towards our health, something which doesn’t take too long and we are happy doing✨

My Story

Andrea Howells, the founder of Fitworx 360 has been in fitness industry for over 6 years providing coaching and designing nutrition programs for women of all ages, shapes and sizes whilst building a happy clientele with a lot of success stories.

“ After leaving my job as a financial coordinator when my daughter was born, I started to focus on my personal wellness and fitness and I have decided to take a leap into something new, something I was really passionate about my whole life but was too afraid to try because I was scared of failure. However, while being on maternity leave enjoying my time with my daughter and focusing on my health and fitness, I finally realised that if I want to follow my dream it has to be me who takes charge and makes changes in my own life so I can do the things I really love. After drawing on all of my courage, and with the help and support of my amazing husband, I have finally completed all of my fitness qualifications and started my new carrier as a personal trainer - and I never looked back.

To broaden her knowledge and increase her experience Andrea then went on to study Pilates and completed different fitness qualifications including Diploma in Nutrition Studies. Having worked for different fitness companies including Detox-Fit, the biggest mobile PT company in London, Andrea have decided to take a risk and start her own Personal Training business.

“After a few struggles and some ups and downs Fitworx360 has been born and I started to focus my attention on helping real women to lead healthier and happier lifestyle. As a Precision Nutrition qualified coach I have been coaching various clients and helping them to achieve what they thought is not possible and beyond their capabilities.”

I design my nutrition programs for real women with real lives and commitments based on their individual circumstances and commitments. The plans are easy to follow and fit well into a busy family lifestyle.
