👨🍳 Taste of Wales Cookery Course
Dan will be running his Taste of Wales Cookery Course at Pibwrlwyd College once again this Autumn.
The course is due to begin from Monday 12th of September for 17 weeks. 5.00pm til 9.00pm priced at £194.00.
The course includes all ingredients and a branded chefs apron, use of equipment and of course the opportunity to learn new skills, kitchen knowledge and professional kitchen secrets.

Merlin's Restaurant
Merlin’s is Coleg Sir Gâr’s training restaurant nestled within the college’s Pibwrlwyd campus in Carmarthen.
Working in the restaurant helps students develop the confidence and skills in professional cookery and hospitality to prepare them for the industry in which they are striving to succeed.
Merlin’s offers spectacular menus for the public over the course of each academic year. Generally, the restaurant is open Wednesday lunch times from 12pm to 2pm and Thursday evenings from 6pm to 8.30pm but throughout the year special events are held. You can look forward to events that celebrate the likes of Valentines, St David’s Day and international cuisine.
A typical dinner menu could include a starter of goat’s cheese, caramelised onions and pine nut salad, followed by pan fried sea bass served on a tagliatelle bed, with ginger, chilli and spring onion tossed in a tomato salsa, with a desert of home-made apple and rhubarb crumble with vanilla custard.
