***Policys/Cancellations ***
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I will require at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your appointment under the 48 hours notice period you will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee .
If you cancel on the same day or simply do not show up to your appointment with no notice you will need to pay for the full cost of the treatment that you booked .
Cancellation fees will need to be paid before I can reschedule your appointment.
Failure to pay the cancellation fees within 48hours of the appointment will also result in any future bookings being cancelled and /or you being able to make any future appointments .
By making an appointment with me you automatically agree to all my terms and agree to paying a no show fee should you not turn up or cancel under the notice period stated above .
I accept no responsibility for missed appointment due to no reminder message ,sometimes the system can fail and reminders may not come through .
