Today our visitors took part in four activities; All About Me bunting making, writing a letter to their Y7 tutor, bracelet making and they painted pebbles to place in the sensory garden. It was an absolute delight and we hope they feel ready to embark on this new journey with us.

Our SEND team welcomed some Y6 students yesterday, as they began their transition to Y7.
They enjoyed some games outside, juice and biscuits with Mr Murphy, and met our chickens and guinea pigs!
What a night! Our very talented musicians, actors and crew performed for a full house at the House Arts Competition Performance last night. Well done - you were all amazing! ❤️
There's still some work to do but we're so proud of the progress in our sensory garden. Thank you for making this possible with all your generous donations and gifts. ❤️
We've had a fabulous time at the Natural History Museum in Oxford with Y10. The Artists undertook some observational sketching and the Photographers explored the museums architecture and implemented their technical knowledge when photographing the artifacts.
We are thrilled to announce we continue to be a good school following our inspection in May! Well done to our fabulous Fremantle community!
Some of the entrants from our Spanish Day competition. ¡Enhorabuena a todos! 🇪🇸
Today Blossom helped the students choose plants for the sensory garden! The students chose well and can’t wait to get planting!

We ended the term with a celebration for Y11 before they begin study leave. Following their last assembly they had some light fun with pizza and drinks, as well as the traditional shirt signing! We’re really proud of them and continue to wish them well in their exams.
This week we have remembered D Day in many different ways. On Tuesday we had a speaker who shared amazing artefacts and brought the event to life for our students. Today we have Woolton Pie from WW2 on the menu!
We are thrilled to see the foundations begin of our new building to support students with more specific needs. We have been so lucky - this couldn’t take place without the kindness and generosity of our community.
Huge congratulations for Chantelle Okoli who has recently been selected to play Basketball for England U14s!
Over the weekend, she played in the 2024 Tri-Nations tournament and helped England win the tournament. Chantelle was recognised with the awards of Most Valuable Player and All Star 5 in the tournament.
Very well done Chantelle - we're exceptionally proud of you.

A lovely day at Allotment Club this week. We potted on some flower seedlings and some cauliflower plants, planted out our french beans and sweetcorn, did a litter pick and a bit of watering. We saw some birds going in and out of our bird boxes and enjoyed the wild flowers. We also caught sight of a night time visitor on our wildlife camera! RHS Campaign for School Gardening
Just a few of the brilliant Solar System models made by 7U!
Today we received a wonderful letter from a local resident and their child. A real sign of how great students can be is how they are outside in the community. This letter is from a young cyclist thanking our students at the bus stop for being kind, respectful and with good humour. To the mystery corespondent thank you for your letter!
Mr Richardson, Mr Graham, Mr Simpson & Miss Gaynard took part in the Silverstone 10k on Wednesday with over 1200 other runners.
A fantastic effort by all and smiley faces at the end. All looking forward to running the track again next year with a few more faces.
We had a great time on the trampolines today, both in PE lessons and the after-school club.

On the 19th and 21st March STFS held its annual show, Bugsy Malone. This was the product of hours of rehearsals and preparation from over 60 students, spanning from Years 7-11. Students performed to sell-out audiences, and fully demonstrated our RISE school ethos. Well done to all involved!
