This Sunday Shelley from Winslow will be taking part in her very first Tour de Vale on her trusty trike after training alongside her friends from Aylesbury CTC 🚴‍♀️

In 2007 and aged just 20 Shelley was involved in a serious car crash, suffering a traumatic brain injury that now affects her speech. In recent years Shelley discovered a love of cycling after meeting a number of clubs that frequented her tea room at Lakers Nursery in Winslow. With the support of one Peter from Aylesbury CTC (pictured) she took part in the 2019 Super Hero Triathlon and now has her sights set on the 70km Tour de Vale route this weekend.

Hello - seems there's some confusion on Facebook about opening times, my page says 10.00 am til 4.00 but other people are seeing 7.00am til ??.
So, to confirm opening hours are 10.00 til 4.00 until 18th after which normal service will be resumed.
