Myself and the team have been working furiously and flat out to be ready to finally launch The Allergy Hub on 30th June…..
And here we are .... 30th June 2022 and The Allergy Hub is open for business !!!
We are collaborating with some amazing stockists, venues, academic providers and a wonderful marketing company to bring our vision to life….
Our online shop for food, drinks, cosmetics and lifestyle retreats will be going live on 1st August 2022 and our Allergen Coaching packages are now available to buy online.
So, right now this year, join me, Suzie and my team and see how Allergy and Lifestyle Coaching works and what it can do for you!
We will be looking at real life case studies and providing an ‘ Ask the Coach’ section and we’ll be offering 1 lucky individual the opportunity to work with me and the Team , free of charge, with a bespoke coaching package who will be featured in this section of the website for the next year looking at how coaching has worked to improve their health, happiness and confidence.

Myself and the team have been working furiously and flat out to be ready to finally launch The Allergy Hub on 16th June…..
We have been collaborating with some amazing stockists, venues, academic providers and a wonderful marketing company over the last 3 months to bring our vision to life….
Not long to go now…….

If you have been diagnosed with an allergy or you just think you may be suffering from some kind of allergy or intolerance………. We do understand how you are feeling…
You will almost certainly be scared, you may way well be angry and if you’re not feeling it already, you will soon be… frustration.
You’ll be scared because you may be getting conflicting advice and lets face it, nobody wants any allergy… be it food, cosmetics, toiletries, cleaning products…. The list goes on. It will change your life… not what you want to hear, but it will. We know this from personal experience… but, it can actually be positive thing… give it time !
Now for the point of The Allergy Hub……………….
First of all it is to offer advice and education…. A lifestyle change is a big event… we can help you with that.
That is all very well… but lets say you have been diagnosed Coeliac… you’ll get tired very quickly of reading every ingredient of every packet in your local supermarket, you will be scared of making a mistake and now we get to the frustration….. you’ll get so tired of the lack of choice and limited knowledge of the very people you need to rely on…. We will caveat that by saying there are some excellent retailers and restaurants… and we would be very happy to make recommendations.
So, our second aim is to provide you with as much product choice as possible under The Allergy Hub umbrella. Not competing with the big supermarkets…. But to give you a broad choice off food, ingredients, cosmetics and equally as important….. advice, education and lifestyle options.
We have our own ideas and this site will launch on 17th June 2022….
But, we really want to know what you need….. be it products, advice, blogs, meetings, support groups etc. For example, we are speaking with various hotels around the country to offer lifestyle change retreats….. for most we didn’t choose this lifestyle change…. But at least we can make it as enjoyable as possible…
So……. In addition to those of us making these lifestyle changes, we want to hear from suppliers, from restaurants, from hotels, spas…. Anybody really who would be interested in working alongside us to make this work..
