Greek goodness....this yummy recipe takes 2 mins to put together and is packed with flavour and is good for your body!!!
Handful of berries (I defrost some frozen ones - always at hand)
110g non fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp of honey
Palm size of chopped walnuts
Sprinkle of chopped almonds.

Add fruit and yoghurt in layers and then add honey, walnuts and almonds.
Great for breakfast or a dessert!!!
