26 DASA first year undergraduates, along with staff from the department, enjoyed an evening of Sudanese food last night to say welcome to DASA. As well as giving us the opportunity to eat some delicious food, chef Omer Eltigani of The Sudanese Kitchen talked to students about Sudanese cuisine, and demonstrated cookery techniques. Thanks to The Church Inn for hosting us.
