What have you gained from the mentoring support?

“Kara is my logic brain when I cannot, engage my own... At times when I am feeling great anxiety and stress, my emotional brain runs riot and I can not think about anything logically. In these times, I can call Kara who will talk through things with me logically. We write lists, look at options and come up with a plan together. It’s a great comfort to know there is someone there at the other end of the phone when I need them.” Karen
