From its conception, the Kumon Method was devised as a daily, home study programme.
Our founder, Toru Kumon, was a father creating daily maths worksheets for his son to study independently at home. With practice, his son’s maths ability naturally began to improve and so did his confidence.
Today, our Instructors take the same approach to assessing and tailoring the study programme to each individual child and their needs.

Corona virus update:
After the government announcement about the closure of schools we will be closed until at least 22nd April . All parents of students who attend on Saturday have been sent a text message about collection of work . Please all keep well and stay safe.
CORONA VIRUS UPDATE:
The centre will be open today and Saturday as normal.
Please make sure your child washes their hands before coming in to class and that they have a sharpened pencil in their work bag.
Unfortunately it will then be closed until at least Wednesday 22nd April. When you attend this week you will be given work to cover this period. If you do not wish to attend this week please contact Lynn on 02084491931 to arrange pick up of the worksheets.
This decision has been taken to protect the health of both students and staff.
Please check back here for updates on opening after 22nd April.
At present we are open as usual and are following the government guidelines for Education- if you do not wish to attend class please let Lynn know and she will discuss with you any alternative arrangements that can be made for continued study for your child .
