I just wanted to put a post on here to wish Sylvia and all the nursery staff the best of luck in these coming weeks, which I know will be very difficult for everyone and myself and Jon will be thinking of you all, and all the families too. I know Roman is really going to miss his friends so if anyone wants to Facetime him during the coming weeks we would really appreciate it. Drop me a line if you don't have our number and I'll send it to you. Take care everyone and look after yourselves xx

[01/04/21]   Well that was a surprise! So for those of you who did not watch Boris, whilst schools are closing for all except keyworker children, early years settings can remain open for all children.

As it stands, we will therefore be open across all settings as normal.

Today is the day. Our new nursery at Roman Park is officially OPEN 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

28/11/2020

It’s another busy Saturday at Big Top today. 12 of our wonderful team have given up their weekend to attend a first aid course. Keith and I are building sheds.👍

16/11/2020

It’s beginning to take shape at Roman Park.

The furniture has arrived and the resources are being delivered daily.

I am sorry that I have not had a chance to do the phone arounds to book viewing slots, we have been busy making the nursery ready for you.

I will aim to contact those who have already sent I a registration of interest form towards the end of this week 👍

10/11/2020

Another busy day at Roman Park. Some of the white goods arrived today. We now have a beautiful new oven👍

Work has also started in the garden area ready for laying the artificial grass.

And our brand new welcome mat has arrived. But we can’t use it yet, it’s too muddy and I don’t want to make it dirty 🤣🤣

07/11/2020

Yesterday we finally started the next phase of our journey to open our new nursery setting. It has been a long and at times bumpy road (who would do all of this in the middle of a pandemic!!) but we got there.

Yesterday we got the keys and today we were able to get the first lot of furniture out of storage and in the building.

We have a busy week ahead as we have the artificial grass laid, white goods delivered, CCTV and alarms installed and the delivery of another 79 boxes of fabulous furniture from Community Playthings.

Our fabulous new staff team are all in place, with some currently at our Waddesdon setting for training.

We will be contacting everyone over the next few days who has expressed an interest in sending their children to us so that we can discuss show arounds, sessions wanted, settle sessions and our opening dates.

We would like to thank everyone for their support over the last few months, we have some exciting times ahead.
