You wouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover so why do it to another individual. Be there to listen, support and build each other up.
Sometimes the simplest of offers of support can make the biggest difference.
This article is spot on. 💚
Mike's death has got to me, not because I knew him or even watch love island but because it's another young male who was evidently lost. We need to think about what we are teaching younger generations to value. Fame and money will not make you happy. We need to teach young people to talk about their feelings and not feel ashamed to reach out. It's also a reminder that what you see in the media is not necessary real. On the outside his social media looked like a guy living the high life, money, clothes and girls, but no one knew that inside he was in turmoil.

Dear Students,
Please note that all sessions are cancelled today due to the weather. Enjoy your snow day and feel free to send us your snow day photos but remember to take care and keep warm. Best wishes from Sam and the team

Our decision will be based on whether or not we can safely run the sessions, your safety is our priority. If you are travelling to sessions today please be careful and stay safe.
Best Wishes Sam

Taking that first baby step is hard, remember to listen, be there and support someone who maybe telling you they need help and support to recover from their mental illness.
At this time of year we all get wrapped up in the festive period ( me included ) the pressure of Xmas shopping and the excitement of the festive period. If you know someone who is struggling with this time of year or whatever reason reach your arms out , lend your ear . Remember it’s not about presents it’s about presence. If you don’t have someone to talk to I’m always here or please reach out to someone. Remember the year has 365 days not just this one day xx
I can’t believe it is nearly Christmas 🎄 thought we should do a festive post and for us to wish you all a Merry Christmas, remember to enjoy the break and we look forward to seeing you all in the new year. 🎄
Affirmation of letting go. It’s a great time to let go and focus on the future as the new year will soon be upon us.
December is the month of lights, snow and feasts, it’s a time to make amends and tie loose ends, finish off what you have started and hope all your wishes come true. 🎄 💚
It’s so lovely to watch our students enjoying the safe space course, they have the freedom to enjoy some time with others and use the space to do an activity that makes them feel happy and relaxed and the freedom to explore what works to help maintain their wellbeing. Taking a moment for themselves in a safe and supportive environment.
Look after those that share the darkest nights with you and enjoy the brightest day with them.
We are not team because we work together but because we respect, trust and care for each other. Was lovely catching up today I have missed our great little team 💓
Be kind to the world and the world will be kind to you. 💓
