[05/17/15] Mental Health First Aid Training in the Armed Forces at Kinloss Barracks. Excellent training. Learning about the specific needs of the Armed Forces and how to meet the needs of people experiencing Mental Health difficulties as a First Aider. This course is highly recommended to all people working with Armed Forces.
[05/17/15] Mindful Grief Tending in Holy Isle (off Arran) was a very mindful and compassionate process. This was an amazing retreat taking us to a safe space to allow us all to 'tend' our human grief in a deeply mindful and kind way. I learned that to the degree to which we have the capacity to form loving attachments, we also need to 'tend' our losses in a kind way. A wonderful group of people to share this process with, thanks.

[06/01/14] If you live in the Highlands and would like to train in Mindfulness then there are 4 courses you can attend starting August 20th and August 21st.... They last for 8 weeks and take you through the basics discovering how our minds work in theory and in practice. Practice involves sitting meditation, stretching movements, walking, eating , sharing our experiences and having fun, come and join us in Nairn or Forres, see events for more details.
Jan Grigg will be teaching a weekend at Samyeling College near Lockerbie. It is a weekend devoted to people who work in Education, especially in schools, colleges etc....it was a great success last year and we look forward to seeing you there.
