Blown away by today's burpee effort in aid of Comic Relief!! πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯ 1,124 completed in today's Bootcamp session and another 500 just pledged!! Total so far 1624!!! Anyone out there doing burpees today please add your reps to the comments below or send me a message .. every rep counts so spread the word!!

DO YOU WANT TO HELP US?? It's Red Nose Day on Friday and this year we have set a challenge to complete 10,000 burpees in 5 days while raising as much money as we can for Comic Relief

While some people can't wait to get back to the gym πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ others have enjoyed the convenience/privacy that working out from home has given them. 🏑

With this in mind, I'm thinking about offering some Online Classes indefinitely. This could include more Starter Level options for both Bootcamps, Yoga Mobility and PT. If you, or anyone you know, might be interested in this then please let me know πŸ™‚ feel free to like and share this post!!

First outdoor session today!! It was so great to see everyone again 😁 I can now train groups of up to 5 people outside so please get in touch if you’re interested in joining a friendly group for some outdoor fitness β˜€οΈ

If you are looking for motivation, all of my sessions are still running via Zoom .. Bootcamps (with or without weights) Personal Training (individual or small group) and Yoga Mobility. All can be done with minimal space and equipment and cater for every level.

This guy is an anatomy teacher so beware there are some close up images of human tissue! But a great insight into what happens to our bodies when we are still, why we feel stiff in the mornings and the impact of injuries. It's all about MOVEMENT people!! Keep your bodies moving, stay mobile and seek hands on physical therapy if needed. Failing that a roller/massage ball can also be useful

For anyone experiencing discomfort whilst running, or wanting to improve performance, running analysis is a good start. Here I with @kelvin_joint_sense_coach. The techniques he has taught me have helped an ongoing hip issue feel sooo much more comfortable when I run so I’m a happy girl 😁 πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ thank you Kelvin I highly recommend this πŸ™Œ

Protein powders are available in a variety of flavors, and mixing them with water is only one of the ways they can be prepared. If you want to try something different, blend the protein powder with your favorite fruit smoothie for a healthy, delicious and protein-rich treat.

Try Puori’s Strawberry β€œdream” β€οΈπŸ“

2 scoops Puori PW1 Vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1 large banana, ripe, peeled and frozen
2-3 cups cold water

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Serves 2-3 persons. Enjoy!

And here's a yummy idea for Sunday brunch! 😍

Banana 🍌 pancakesπŸ₯ž:

3 eggs πŸ₯š- 3 bananas 🍌mashed - 1/2 cup (90g) of blueberries ( fresh or frozen ) - 1 tsp cardamom - 1 serving of PW1 Chocolate 🍫 Or Vanilla - Butter for frying.

Directions:

Mix eggs, bananas, protein powder, cardamom, and blueberries.

Top the #pancakes with fresh #blueberries in a bowl and whisk until it becomes an airy batter.

Add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

Cook 1-2 minutes on each side until finished.
