Giovana Fitness created a two-week personalised workout plan for me taking into consideration my goals, body type and exercise preferences. The plan was created in under 24 hours and upon completion I was given advice, motivation, a progress diary (for myself primarily and secondly for the instructor in order to write constructive notes and give corrections where needed) and of course the in-depth but simple plan for my two week course.

It included various workouts, information about where and how those exercises would target my body, physical examples of the exercises, inspiration and expectations of what I should anticipate to feel and change as the course progressed. I have to say Giovana Aleta Braia was an excellent motivator and fitness instructor, pushing me to strive forward whilst supporting and understanding my progress. I contacted Giovana each day as that’s what I felt I needed and she was more than accommodating. I was assisted and given advice with exercises I didn’t particularly like or found challenging and was even given a choice between a thorough 1-on-1 stretch session with Giovana or a 1-on-1 workout via Zoom as per my preference. The stretch session I chose was just what I needed as a dancer and enabled me to ask Giovana questions and, in turn for her to give me personal feedback ‘face to face’. This programme has allowed me to see changes in my physical appearance as well as mentally, due to the routine and regularity of the plan I was given. I would HIGHLY recommend Giovana Fitness to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being through exercise and a structured routine! Thanks Giovana!! 💪🏼✨

Start your morning off with a beach workout followed by a cool down stretch on the water. Finishing your session paddle boarding around Abersoch with Abersoch Watersports 🌊

Client 20 Week Progress!

I just wanted to shout out this amazing woman! How incredible does she look!! So so proud of this client, there have been many challenges set against her yet she still works hard even through lockdown.

Progress takes time & patience. But it will always be worth it in the end. If you want to get yourself on track, start by taking a progress photo at the start of training with me (PT wise, Membership wise, or classes) You’ll be amazed at the changes you’ll see over the weeks! 🔥

🎉 STUDIO FITNESS CLASSES ARE BACK 🎉

The time has FINALLY come! I cannot wait to see everyone once again back in the studio 🔥

Starting from the week of the 3rd of May we are now able to head back into the studios for sessions! Due to the Monday being a bank holiday, I thought I’d give you all one extra day off before your bodies burn once again with me 😉 so all classes will start up in the studio from Tuesday onwards 🥳

I cannot thank you all enough for supporting me and also staying strong and waiting through this long lockdown. Finally I get to thank you all for your support in person and get you all back into the swing of things!

Classes will be very limited in numbers, therefore everyone will have to pre-book their slot before the class.

We still also have a great next week out on the beach for classes, so book yourself into those to get yourself up and ready again 😉🔥

After over 16 weeks of virtually training we can finally head back to IN PERSON outdoor classes!! 🎉🎉

From the 26th of April, I will be doing outdoor sessions on the beaches. There will be morning & evening classes, the schedule will change weekly so that you all have a chance to come!

TABATA will continue virtually & if the weather isn’t too welcoming on certain weeks, then the classes can also change to virtual.

So many of my girls aren’t fully aware of what a woman’s body goes through on a monthly basis. It’s so important for people to know about this as it can really help improve the way you train and look after yourself physically & mentally.

Women go through 3 different stages: Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal. If you swipe across you will see a explanation that I’ve created to make it a bit more simpler to understand. Most of us know about the ovulation stage however how many of you know about the 2 others?

Learning to understand your body is the best thing you can do. Start training in a clever way and listen to your body, track these stages and understand when it’s time to move from a HIIT stage of training to a strength stage. The simplest changes can make a big difference 💪
