The Woodshed Forest School Nursery

We collected every bit of rubbish we could find on our 2 hour forest walk and made a rubbish rainbow! A great way to learn about how important it is to keep our forests clean for wildlife 💚

These went down very well! ☀️

We were amazed at how much frogspawn there was in the pond this year!

Today the tadpoles started hatching!

We’re excited to see their legs develop soon and learn all about life cycles 🐸

I’m the king of the castle!

🍁 The forest floor is covered with a colourful carpet of reds, yellows and oranges, and our little explorers are making the most of every single one. 🍁

Leaves are more than just Autumn decor; they’re natures perfect toy and building material! From creating leaf piles for jumping and running through, to building cozy nests and making leaf crowns, our children are finding endless ways to play, imagine, and create with these crunchy wonders.
