This precious baby, a La Plata dolphin that beached itself after being born, is being hand-reared in Uruguay in South America. The newborn baby still had her umbilical cord attached which meant she had only just been born. As grace would have it, she fell into the hands of Richard Tesore, who works at a wildlife rescue center. He feeds her from a bottle and takes her for swimming practice in the sea all the time. She enjoys swimming in the sea of Piriapolis. This baby is very special as La Plata dolphins are considered to be a vulnerable species. She'll stay at the SOS Rescate Fauna Marina and will continue to be hand-reared until she's strong enough to look after herself.( Richard Tesore is the Head of S.O.S Rescate Fauna Marina.)

Exploding watermelon. We brought our Costco watermelon home and placed it on the kitchen counter, only to see it start foaming. Barbara looked it up online and found out it could explode due to fermentation, so we had to remove it from the house immediately. We put it in a plastic garbage bag and carefully lowered it into the outdoor trash can. This morning, we discovered that the watermelon had exploded, blowing a hole in the bottom of the can and leaving maggots everywhere.

The dog got bored with his owner's slowness and decided to take himself for a walk.😊😆
