They are words we use to show that something belongs to someone.

* That is her bag. 👜
* We love our school. 🏫
* They finished their homework. ✏️

⚠️ Important Tip:
Possessive adjectives always come before a noun
✔️ my car
✔️ his name
❌ not “my” alone (we say: This book is mine → different rule!)
