عن عثمان ابن عفان رضي الله عنه:قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم(خيركم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه).
Othman ibn Affan reported that prophet Muhammad salla Allah alihi wasalam said "the best among you who is learning Quran and taught it"
