We talked about the Spilhaus Projection, which is one of the projections that shows the world's oceans as one connected body of water.
By removing distortions from the oceans and giving them to the Earth, it works the opposite of the WGS84 projection, giving distortions to the oceans and taking them away from the Earth.
This projection is named after Athelstan Frederick Spelhaus, a South African-American geophysicist and oceanographer who authored this projection in 1942.

During of Esri Cartography MOOC We talked about how to choose the right projection for maps and how can the type of projection help convey the goal of producing the map.

"Each projection offers different insights into the world and particularly the phenomenon being mapped"
In this exercise, I created a map stereographic that shows the locations of every hurricane and tropical storm recorded since the mid-nineteenth century for south pole.

I followed Nelson tutorial to make this awesome map.
