Iga uue projekti algus tekitab ebamugavustunnet (kas ma saan sellega hakkama?) või annab meile tõuke kõige edasilükkamiseks (vaataks äkki vahepeal meilid üle:)).
Me ei saa neid tundeid kontrollida , küll aga saame kontrollida seda, kas me reageerime neile tunnetele. Kõige suurem väljakutse ongi teha algust, sundida end tegama esimene samm eesmärgi suunas. See võib olla lihtsalt kõne kellelegi, kellle käest saame sisendi või laua taha istumine ja ettekande jaoks esimese lause kirja panek. Pane paika aeg ja koht, millal seda kõike tegema hakkad: Teisipäeval kell 9.00, istun ma laua taha ja hakkan kirjutama.
Pole vahet, kui tähtsa või suure projektiga tegemist on: oluline on teha esimene samm, kasvõi väike esimene samm eesmärgi poole.

Eelmisel nädalal oli rõõm kohata A. le Coq'i juhte, kellele meie koolitaja Laura Põldvere andis tunnise improvisatsiooni raputuskoolituse.

Nende ääretult ausat ja armsat tagasiside saad lugeda siit:

''Meil oli samuti väga vahva, ilma igasuguse liialduseta oli need tund ja 15 minutit päeva parim osa. Mina sain enda kohta selle ajaga igatahes palju rohkem infot kui paaritunnise testimise järel. Selgus, et lapsepõlvest jäänud „Sa ei oska“ ja „Sinul ei tule see niikuinii välja“ ja muud negatiivsed mustrid istuvad endiselt mälus, lihtsalt nüüd on need liikunud sügavatesse kihtidesse – keha mäletab neid endiselt ja vahepeal oli tegelikult pisut raske endast häält välja saada. Nagu omavahel muljetasime- algul oli kõigil ikkagi päris suur hirm, et midagi läheb valesti.''
