Me ei saa neid tundeid kontrollida , küll aga saame kontrollida seda, kas me reageerime neile tunnetele. Kõige suurem väljakutse ongi teha algust, sundida end tegama esimene samm eesmärgi suunas. See võib olla lihtsalt kõne kellelegi, kellle käest saame sisendi või laua taha istumine ja ettekande jaoks esimese lause kirja panek. Pane paika aeg ja koht, millal seda kõike tegema hakkad: Teisipäeval kell 9.00, istun ma laua taha ja hakkan kirjutama.
Pole vahet, kui tähtsa või suure projektiga tegemist on: oluline on teha esimene samm, kasvõi väike esimene samm eesmärgi poole.
