This double hoop trick is so fun and really simple to learn! Even if you don’t consider yourself a double hooper yet, I encourage you to give it a try!
The best part of this one - it’s a two in one tutorial! We’ll break it down as a single hoop move first - which is actually a pretty cool and useful move on its own, but of course (once your ready) we’ll add in a second hoop to make it a little more spicy 🌶 😏
