Filled with ups, downs, highs and lows, crazy work schedules, and everything in between!

•Monday’s represent a new start to the week.

We SMASHED into the 180’s this week!
What. A. DIFFERENCE between where I was a year ago at 185 to today at 187.
It’s crazy to think that in just 3.5 months I’m down 30 lbs, and up a LOAD of muscle. The only way to go is UP.

It’s truly amazing what one can accomplish with a stellar support system, a KILLER team, and one HELLUVA coach in their corner and for that, I’m forever grateful and truly blessed.

At the beginning of with Leroy Rollins Fitness . Gyms are closed, but the remains! The nice weather is here time to get outside!

Fergy Ferg and I finally have our & set up which is a HUGE game changer.
•Weighing in this morning at 199.4lbs was a GREAT way to kickstart the day. Dropping weight, while maintaining/gaining muscle mass is a lemme tell you. Starting to see more core definition (the lighting is 👎, changing that this week), as well as chest/pec and arm size 💪💪💪

Restrictions are hard on everyone, whatever you do, don’t lose sight of the mission at hand.
•Just remember:
•There will be good days.
•There will be bad days.
•Do. Your. Best (doing something is always better than doing nothing).
Another thing I’ve been seeing A LOT lately is the reminder to not focus on what other are doing. Focus. On. Yourself. YOU’VE got this!
Spring is here. Let’s make the best of it!

• Work can sometimes get the best of you.
• Life happens.
• You are also your biggest critic..
• Therefore, I was pretty hard on myself these past few days.... After a moment of reflection, and a reality check, I reminded myself “Life DOES happen... things are going to come up, but the comeback is always greater than the set back.
• Although I got some cardio in on my “off days”, today was the first day I lifted anything since Thursday.... to say the least, today was a good day 👌💪
• Don’t get discouraged. Have a postive reframe, and try not to beat yourself up too bad about it.

At the tail-end of my 16 week cycle and things couldn’t be better!
•Leveling out at 208.8 lbs with a solid base, a heavy increase in strength, and nearly twice the mass that I started with in July, I would call this cycle a MASSIVE success.
•For the next few months, is the name of the game. Once the holidays are over, my next step is to maintain my muscle mass, but lean out the unwanteds while doing another cycle.
•It’s hard. It can be tiring. Stressful even, but the results. Are. Worth it.
• Keep at it.
•Be consistant.
•Don’t be afraid to push yourself out of your comfort zones.
•Keep your visions and goals in sight.
•Finally....Trust. The. Process.
Nothing happens overnight.

When I approached at asking him for a new pre-workout, he asked me “What is it EXACTLY you want”? I told him “I want a SOLID pump, and something that’l kick me in the head like a donkey”. He goes “Okay then.. Give this guy a shot”. Packed with 9G of Citrulline, 4G of Beta-Alanine, 1.47G of Agmatine, and a whopping 300G of Caffeine per scoop, this was surely to be what I was looking for.

Well. Super Set by definitely delivered this morning. Leaving me feeling woke, alert, and ready to take on the world, I had one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time.
