Hey guys, I hope this message finds you well, just an update on the events happening just finished moving or I mean still in the process and I'm settling in so that I can start writing and helping you get on a plant based diet.

At the moment I'm conducting an experiment on myself. So far I lost all the weight I wanted to loose
and I noticed that with only fruit I cannot gain anymore weight so now I have added a little more starch in my diet compressed to two meals a day, stretching my fasting period from 630pm to 100pm to 19hr a day. I will post pictures of my meals soon!! if you have any questions post them in the comments!!

I follow usually two meals a day and for the past year it was fruit first then a salad for dinner ! Now I’m trying to have a salad first then fruit meal for dinner I eat between 12 and 5pm to include a short fasting period! Today I broke that fast with the beautiful salad in the picture and here is the recipe:

1)Salad bottom consist of mixed greens, spinach and kale
2) celery two stalks
3) 2 garlic cloves
4) 1 avocado
5) 2 sheets of nori seaweed
6) juice from two limes
7) 2 tablespoons of olive oil
8 ) handful of sprouts
9) 4 leaf of basil
10) a handful of sunflower seeds
11) all sprinkled with a seasoned salt

This page is about how I discovered true happiness or at least I think I have found the key that unlocks the power to achieving it ! Anyways after 41 years of experiences on this planet and long observation of the variables that bring happiness in ones life, I came to the conclusion that the most important variable is “how happy are you with yourself” which boils down to how happy are you with your BODY?
The BODY is the vehicle in which you experience and to experience happiness you have to have a clear view and clear mind.
So to make things short and not to drag this on , I want to give you my perspective thru my day to day experiences.
To conclude to have a good and healthy BODY you have to fuel it and maintain it like is supposed to be ! Do you want a Ferrari or a Chevy cavalier, do you want a turbo diesel Chevy or a blazer! It’s up to you but if you follow this page you will hopefully find tips and knowledge that will benefit you in finding your perfect BODY. Oh and why the name Gorilla40. Well Gorilla is for one, the strongest animals to walk the earth on a plant based diet and 40 because when you reach this age you have a clear view of what you want to do in this LIFE.

Progress on this program is made slow but I believe that it will be easier to maintain, still have some fat on my belly area which will require some fasting and detox. From some of my research belly fat s due to parasitic acids/toxins that’s why I’m on a parasite cleanse! Keep you posted
