Our popular Infant & Child CPR and First Aid Workshops are now available online!

You’ll get your own private, live training, one-on-one with our instructor via Zoom. It’s $90+tax per family, and you can have up to 2 other family members dial in at no extra charge (great for Grandparents!) The workshop includes:

Baby and/or Child CPR
Choking emergencies and common potential choking hazards for children & infants
Understanding SIDS, sudden infant death syndrome
Crib safety
Treating falls – signs & symptoms for concussions
Anaphylactic shock & epi pen usage/protocol (optional)
Severe allergies – what to look for and what to avoid (optional)
Fevers and febrile seizures (optional)
Accessing EMS – 911
Question/answer first aid session
Baby and Child safety hand-out (emailed after workshop completion) & Reference Materials
Email and phone forum open to any participants with first aid questions

You’ll also get 2 ‘refresher’ spots in an in-person training once it’s safe to do so.

We know the past few months haven’t been easy, especially for new and expectant parents who have had to cancel baby showers and milestone events.

Our friends at Boiron Canada are proud to launch, in collaboration with their partner Wallis for Wellness, a new free webinar series: the Boiron Wellness Parenting Tips.

Registered Massage Therapist Margaret Wallis-Duffy will be discussing with health care experts common babies’ ailments such as teething, colic and mild sleeping disorders, giving advice and tips on how to relieve and comfort their baby while answering the many questions which are often a concern for moms and dads.

Workshops take place on Wednesdays in May.

Are you at home with a busy toddler?
Join us as we play, explore, and make new friends in our virtual Mom & Tot Program in West Toronto!
Our virtual program features a fun activity for you and your toddler to do together from the comfort of your home, such as music, dance, art, gymnastics, martial arts, a Princess visit, and more! We'll also focus on helping you connect with fellow families.
Of course, dads are welcome to join in on the fun as well!
This class is ideal for parents and their tots, 18 months to 4 years.
Recordings will be available after each class – but we strongly encourage live attendance to foster a community feel and the connection we’re all craving right now.
The program runs for 6 weeks and costs $79+hst

Movies for Mommies Brampton is a Baby Friendly environment for parents (Moms And Dads) to enjoy a grown up movie with reduced film sound, bottle warming, stroller parking, and change tables on site.

A great way to meet other new parents. The Perfect age for baby to attend is 0-12 months! The younger your LO is, the more likely they will be to sleep through the screening but all ages are welcome!

All movies run with reduced sound & dim lights. Change tables are in theatre. Arrive early to receive your welcome package with great freebies! Dads, Partners, Friends & Grandparents are always welcome!

Hello! I'm Sonia Perhar; a daughter, a wife and most recently a new mom to my sweet baby boy Shaan.

Shaan was born in January on the coldest weekend and when we had a snow storm. I didn't leave the house for 3 weeks because there was a blizzard every other day. One of my friends introduced me to mommy connections and I absolutely loved it! Immediately after my first class I checked out the website to learn more about mommy connections and how I could be apart of this awesome program.

My husband and I have been married for 8 years. I love to travel, shop and teach/practice yoga.

Since becoming a mom I have learned to practice patience and to remain calm. Energy is everything! I love meeting new mom's and sharing experiences. This is an amazing journey and I am so grateful to be apart of motherhood.
