@ A Jump Ahead Learning Centre

#1 YOGA AND DANCE CAMP (Aug 28-31 = $225.00 per week)
This camp will be a unique opportunity for every child to experience a happy blooming of their dormant potential. We will be implementing fun ways to introduces the concept of Classical Yoga, through games, storytelling and innovative activities. By incorporating dance into this camp children are given the opportunity to express their emotions through movement, become more aware and present in their bodies, all while freedom of expression is encouraged and cultivated. These activities allow kids to develop and live in optimal health, peace and joyfully.

#2 IN THE GARDEN CAMP (July 10-13,24-27, Aug 8-11, 21-24 = $225.00 per week)
exciting summer of outdoor fun and learning!
This camp will be centered around connecting our children to plants and each other through structured activities and unstructured play amidst plants that our present within our vicinity. Children will plant new friends and dig into the Gardens with our week-long day camps. Each day will be filled with a variety of activities that allow you to discover the world of plants through art, science, gardening and outdoor exploration.

#3 FOREST ADVENTURES SURVIVAL CAMP (July 17-20, Aug 14-17 = $225.00 per week)
This Camp will focus on teaching our children to play, craft and learn about the natural world around us. We will take the time to reconnect our children to nature through harnessing skills of acquisition and play, through foraging, building awareness, nature crafts, creating bug hotels, learning about fire and identifying plants that they may eat from natures larder. Living out in nature without any modern equipment and taking a break from the computerized world.

#4 MUSIC AND ARTS CAMP (July 3-6, July 31-Aug 3 = $225.00 per week)
In this camp, we will encourage students to explore self- expression through art and music, and help them develop the skills they need to write lyrics and use their vocal cords. Within the realm of Fine Arts we will apply hands-on learning for youth to exercise their creativity through a variety of mediums including painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpting, and printing.
