Are you still deciding whether to enroll in the upcoming Apply & Secure Your First UX Role™ Challenge?
Well… we’re almost at capacity! 🫠
I want to address a few questions I keep getting via DM.
Q: How do I approach helping job seekers in this current job market?
A: Job seeking in this market requires strategy! You may need to work with a dedicated coach who can help you identify how you will add value and pitch that to employers instead of applying to every available job and hoping for the best.
Q: If I miss this upcoming challenge, will there be others?
A: Yes, however, I plan to only host a few cohorts a year based on my availability.
Q: What is the estimated time to secure my first junior to mid-level UX role?
A: Everyone who enrolls starts at a different stage in their UX journey. I recommend having all the necessary materials for a successful job search, which can take 3 to 6 months of consistent effort. This includes a resume tailored for each application, a portfolio of 2 to 3 relevant projects, and a pitch deck for your interviews (All of the things we cover in the challenge).
Are you ready to accelerate your job search?

👉🏽 Live Workshop: Design an Experience to Improve the Hiring Process
The average time-to-hire rates for the first quarter of 2023 increased across all industries by one day — pushing the recruitment process to 44 days on average.
Create a digital tool or platform that streamlines the recruitment process, aiming to reduce the average time-to-hire from 44 days to a more efficient timeline without compromising the quality of candidates or the thoroughness of the hiring process.
