This page is offered to promote the practice of yoga asana to make your body more comfortable and improve your life. Group classes are offered as well as private sessions to help you more flexible as well as stronger in your own body. Group classes are offered at Newstead on Mondays @ 6:15pm and Saturdays @ 9:30am as well as My Sereni-Tea on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 12:30pm.

Saturday morning's class at The Loren at 8:30am is going to be fabulous as we expand our hips, lengthen our quads and extend our spines as we have lodes of fun practicing Yoga! I hope you all can make it for 8:30am!

Good morning Bermuda! I hope everyone is well on this Beautiful Summer Morning.... Also I will be offering a wonderful hip opening class with quite a variety of different poses which will lead up to a strong arm balance of a different type today. The Loren is a beautiful place with stunning Ocean views that go on for miles. The perfect place to throw you mat down and get some wonderful practice on at 9:15am under the covered roof top area of The Loren where the sea breaze and views are amazing. I look forward to seeing you Tuesday morning at 9:15am!

Hello Bermuda, I am offering two yoga classes tomorrow morning and each are bright and early at The Loren. The first one begins at 7:00am on Pink Beach and if you call The Loren Hotel now you can book for yoga with Todd as well as a small breakfast after class, so you get the best of both worlds! Yoga on the Beach with Todd and then a light breakfast after Yoga enjoying the ocean view on the beach, how beautiful! And it's only $60. Then there is Yoga on the rooftop at The Loren with Todd and this space has the most stunning views in all of Bermdua, so come join me at 8:30am! I look forward to seeing you all there!

The Loren is a beautiful location and probably the most beautiful location to practice yoga in alll of Bermuda as the views are amazing, the water is stunning and the class is set to the right level for everyone who attends. Thursday morning at 9:15am
