Bermuda experienced a major building boom in the 1960's that continued through the middle of the 70's. The result was a demand for new office space. Dennis E.
The boom was based, in part, on a large influx of overseas companies looking to base their business operations here. Housing requirements for the staff had to be met and all of the supporting service centres had to be expanded or improved to meet the additional needs.
