Next up is Malini Romeo, Assistant Underwriter - Casualty Treaty at Ascot Group who organizes the charitable events for the BU40’s.

For a second year in a row, the U40’s Board Members spent their Monday presenting to the M3 students at Dellwood Middle School at their morning assembly. The goal of the assembly was to educate the students into what (re)insurance is and the possible careers within the industry. We started the assembly with a short introduction into (re)insurance, followed by an interactive skit into an insurance transaction with a client. At the end of the assembly the students were able to ask questions and the team provided resources to jumpstart a potential career in the industry. We are grateful for the students and teachers’ enthusiasm and curiosity throughout our presentation!
