The answer is Yes! Join our 1 day Pre entry assessment either on Saturday, 27th or Sunday 28th March

Followed by the 5 day RYA Dinghy Instructor course on Monday, 29th March to Friday, 4th April 2026.

And on Friday, a fish cake and hot cross bun is included!!

Our very own Annie, Lead Senior Instructor, picked up our shiny new certificate 🏆 - proving that we’re committed to keeping all our sailors, campers, and families safe under the Bermuda sun 🌴⛵️.

So what does it mean to be SunSmart Accredited?
✅ All our instructors are trained in sun safety
✅ We have clear sun protection policies in place
✅ Shade, hydration 💧, sunscreen 🧴, and hats 👒 are always part of our daily routine

Here in Bermuda the sun is always strong, and we take pride in making sure every young sailor (and adult too!) can enjoy the water safely while learning skills that last a lifetime. ⚡️

🌊🎉 Bart’s Bash & Family Fun Day is almost here! 🎉🌊

This Saturday, 23rd August, join us at USail for a full day of water fun and excitement! Start your morning with the Bart’s Bash race 🛥️⛵ – registration is 10–11am, boats launch at 11am, and the race kicks off at 11:30am!

After the race, the fun doesn’t stop! From 1pm–5pm, enjoy on-demand taster sessions on SUPs, kayaks, and our GIANT MEGA SUPs 🏄‍♂️🛶 — perfect for kids to show off their skills or for families to explore the water together.

Feeling hungry? 🍔🌭🥗 Our BBQ will be sizzling from 1:30pm with burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, and a fresh salad buffet — Jade and Thomas will be on grill duty!

Pricing highlights:
• Bart’s Bash Entry + Boat + lunch: $115pp ($103.50 for members!)
• Family fun on the water: $55 per boat, $40 per craft, add an instructor for $40 extra

From launching the first boats to building USail into the incredible watersports hub it is today, Thomas has been at the helm since day one. 🚤🌊 His passion, vision, and endless energy have shaped every part of our community — from summer camps and lessons to foiling fleets and new adventures in Castle Harbour. 🏄‍♂️✨

Not only is he our fearless leader and expert coach (who somehow does everything), he’s also the best kind of teammate, always ready with advice, a laugh, and support when you need it most. 💪💬💙

We’re so lucky to have him guiding the way — here’s to more sunshine, sailing, and success ahead!
