Pets and children welcome to join. Chose your park/yard, time of day, level and duration. I am 500hr YTT certified, have been teaching for 7 years and am currently exploring Hatha Flow style classes. Christmas Yoga On the Porch was all family 😍, so grateful everyday for their love and support. Our yoga poses are Running Reindeer, Christmas Tree 🎄 , Star ⭐️ , Rock the baby Jesus, Dancer, and Hang the Stocking. Finished off the practice with some caroling 🎸. Best start to the morning ❤️

Hola Yogis!!
I am back on island after an amazing 10 month abroad. While I was in India this year I updated my yoga certifications for you all & myself and I'm proud to say I am now a 500hr certified yoga teacher!
I will be teaching sessions On the Porch for the time I am home (that time is not entirely defined yet :D) and will be instructing private lessons for those who are interested.
On the Porch session's will be Monday's and Thursday's from 8:30am - 9:30am. (Starting tomorrow Monday October 8th). Classes will be suitable for all levels of yoga and will include meditation, sun salutations, strengthening poses, healthy mindset training, injury awareness and adjustments, and of course lots of savasana :D
