Scientifically Speak a pearl looks like this:

A pearl is a calcareous concretion, usually white in color, made by certain bivalve molluscs (mainly pearl oysters). When an irritating object passes inside the shell, the animal reacts by surrounding the object with a layer of calcium carbonate CaCO3 in the form of aragonite or calcite. Culturally speaking the Pearl designates something or someone of greater value that cannot be found anywhere, hence the word RARE PEARL. It's the unimaginative beauty of a person or a thing, but it's in the expressions, in the abstract because in reality, there are pearls (materials) and it's not expensive compared to gold or its cousins ​​precious stones.
What is important is what it represents, a rare, unique precision, a covetousness.
And in each there is this power this unique and rare precision and as you can imagine there is always a process. And the process of discovering your rare pearl is in 5 words which are us, our heritage, our duty and responsibility to discover them and apply them in all aspects and areas of our lives. These words stand in acronym in French:
P.E.A.R.L which also happens to be the word for "perle"l in English, from which also comes the name of my page and my school soon.
I'll sum it up.

POWER :

This is the basis. The origin.
Ex: If a state must besiege another it concentrates its attacks on the capital of the latter, because that is where the decisions that can change the course of things are taken. The conqueror to secure his steps and any other attempt he must break the source of power. Because you can decimate an entire population but if the source of any change is free you have accomplished nothing because things can always changes
Another example, an HIV disease, attacks and destroys all the body's abilities to protect itself and make healing decisions. Once the objective achieved by this disease the organism is exposed to all kinds of danger.
It's the same rules, we always break the source of power first in order to be able to control. Power is not the end but a basis that allows us to make decisions that change our lives....

EVOLUTION :

The growth.

The power is awareness, a decision, a basis, but which must be put to the test, if each individual has the right and the ability to make decisions for which there are always those who are fooled ? Because there is no action, evolution is in action,….

AMELIORATION OR IMPROVMENT :

To be unique, this is where you become an object of desire, everyone wants what you have or to be like you, you are unique, but it is not enough that you are shouted at in motivation sessions or elsewhere, you have a responsibility that belongs to you 100%, concretely speaking you have to work on your unique talent and improve it and you have to manage to do what others can't do for whatever reason.
Ex: my way of icing or polishing my shoes, if someone does not want me to polish his shoes it would be because he does not have the $10 per pair. Because I learned and improved.

It's me who shines my shoes

You say to yourself but what does this have to do with business, trade and marketing, …?
And I don't know if that was to be my first topic to post on my thePEARLCON page.

But there is a big lesson and it is relevant.

I learned how to polish and glaze shoes by professionals not from Burundi but bespoke shoe houses from Italy or England and tried to do it, the first time I missed it but I understood by practicing. It's not difficult but it takes time like two hours on a pair of shoes to have a perfect icing. And when I get to the end result I'm happy really happy and the pleasure of doing it increases more and more in me.

What did I learn:

Rich people don't just want to be satisfied they want to be happy and that goes beyond the level of satisfaction, they want to be different to have this feeling of being distinguished people,
If I just want satisfaction I wouldn't do the shoe polish myself I would give our kitchen manager to do that or myself put some coat of shoe polish on my pair of shoes which would take me 25 minutes. But if I can afford to devote 1h35 more it is to satisfy my feelings of distinction it is an investment.

It's the same rules in life, in business and in relationships

You will need an investment, something to sacrifice to get more out of your investment. If I take 2 hours to polish my shoes, that is worth 60% of my investment. And you must develop patience to achieve an impeccable result.
Don't just satisfy your needs. You have to put in your effort and spare no effort in your quest to become brilliant and irreproachable.

If you seek to just satisfy your needs it is an act of egocentrism you refuse to other people to learn from you in advance but if you shine you allow others to flourish and that is why "the PEARL”.
