Job Responsibilities:
* Conducting training through CBT materials.
* Maintaining database of all training related documents.
* Trainee recruitment and maintain recruitment documentation.
* Coordinate and monitor trainee enrollment.
* Trainee Needs Assessment (AFL, AOL)
* Trainee Attendance update through Trainee Management System Software.
* Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting.
* Correspondence with PIU and higher management.
* Any other activities assigned by higher management.
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Training, Customer Service and Call Center.
Additional Requirements:
Sound technical skill.
*Good MS Office Skill.
*Age 23 to 30 years
*Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
*Should have ability to put in extra effort and time as necessary to meet deadlines.
*Both males and females are allowed to apply. (Female are encouraged to apply)
*1-4 Years Customer Service Experience.
*Biker will get preference.

Business Development Manager (Times ASL Call Center)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our call center team in achieving sales and revenue goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in call center management, business development, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential tender opportunities and assessing their viability.
• Preparing and submitting accurate and compelling tender proposals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for tender submissions.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
• Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
• Ensuring timely delivery of tenders and meeting all deadlines.
• Providing post-tender support and following up with clients.
• Continuously improving the tender process to increase the success rate of winning business.
• Develop and implement strategies for meeting sales and revenue goals.
• Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Provide training and coaching to call center representatives to improve performance and customer service.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Direct Sales and Marketing, Field Sales, Sales & Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Telecommunication
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in call center management and business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills Required: Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Field Sales
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with CRM software and call center technology
