We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team. ✈

You will serve as a point of contact for customers/students with queries about services, products, and scheduling.

Responsibilities
• Process scheduling via email or phone
• Coordinate with pilots for scheduling of flight training or aircraft rental
• Process sales receipts and invoices
• Contact clients/students to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and features

Requirements and skills
• Dutch Nationality or a valid work permit
• MBO – Colegio EPI unit Economia
• Passionate about AVIATION
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Hands-on experience with CRM software, QuickBooks Online and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus
