💪🏽🏃🏾‍♀️Losing 30lbs is a PLUS. BUT it’s about so much more for me… As a homeschool mom with a child with exceptional needs and a toddler, my daily life is extremely busy and, needless to say, full of stress.

Add on top of that being a wife, full-time pastor, full-time multi-business owner, and full-time leader in different spheres. Whew! 😰

Toward the fall of 2025, I noticed that my mental and emotional health were not well. So I started to take walks to relieve stress, pray, and clear my mind.

After a few days, I could feel the difference. 😭

So I kept going and going, and the walks turned into runs. This has become a part of my lifestyle. 🎉🙌🏾

As a bonus in the process, I have lost 30 lbs and become a lot stronger. 😭💪🏽

This multi-faceted momma is on a journey of making taking care of herself a top priority.

I’m determined to live long and strong. 💪🏽 Amen!

I pray my journey and honesty helps someone along their way🙏🏾

“With long life will He satisfy me and show me His salvation.” Psalm 91:16

🥹It’s been over 22 years since Jesus rescued me from a life full of perversion and sin. I was a mess. But He delivered me & gave me a new Life in Christ🙌🏾🙏🏾

I will spend the rest of my life worshiping Him.

🥺Trust me…I get it…in more ways than you will ever know 🙏🏾 The temptation to isolate and withdraw from God in the middle of disappointment, grief, and pain is real. It’s not often talked about publicly, but it’s real.

Over the years, I’ve learned the power of choosing to lean into God and stay connected when everything in you wants to disconnect.🙏🏾

Choosing to run to Him has actually been the glue that has kept me together through seasons of brokenness.

I’ve learned that…
God is not offended by our questions.
He’s not agitated by our tears.
And He doesn’t rush us to “get over it.”

In fact, He sits with us in our sorrow and pain and makes His presence known.❤️‍🩹

He draws closer.

I want to encourage you that even if all you have is a whisper, let that whisper be a prayer.

If you’re like me right now and don’t quite understand the season you’re in, don’t walk through it alone, choose to walk with Him.

Because the same God you’re tempted to withdraw from is the only One who can hold you through it. 🤍

I will never forget🥹❤️‍🩹 Isaiah was sent to me right on time. I was walking through intense grief from losing my dad and then suddenly seemingly out of no where God surprised me with this precious gift from above🥹🙏🏾🙌🏾 “Every good and perfect gift is from above and comes from the father of lights...” James 1:17

As I continue to walk through this life, Isaiah is always a reminder that God sees me and He is always on time❤️‍🩹🙏🏾

Isaiah is our second miracle child who is a 2 year old drummer who loves to worship and play the drums! 😭🙌🏾 He has been playing since he was 16 months!! 🤯He is completely self-taught..it’s a gift from God. #
