Yes, they’re reviewing last year’s test scores and analyzing data from the state—but that’s not the heartbeat of the conversation.

The heartbeat is your kids.

They’re talking about who they are and how they’ve grown.

They’re applauding one child’s growth, the determination of another, and the untapped potential in so many.

They’re swapping funny stories from last year and tearing up over anecdotes of some students’ difficult home lives.

They’re having in-depth discussions about how they can not only grow your kid’s success in math class, but their success in life.

They’re asking: How can we help this child not only succeed in the classroom, but in life? How can we teach character, kindness, and resilience? How can we help them grow into the kind of human beings who make the world a better place?

Past teachers are sharing what they’ve learned about kids so that this year’s teachers can meet each student right where they’re at and help them reach their full potential.

They’re brainstorming, planning, and dreaming up ways to make this the best school year yet.

Somewhere out there today, there’s a room full of educators pouring their hearts into your kids before those kids even step foot into the classroom—because this is more than just their job.
It’s their calling. And while they love what they do, they love your kids even more.
