Yogacara, Sanskrit for one whose practice is yoga.

The asana class is typically vinyasa style (breath sunchronised movements) with a strong emphasis on technique and alignment. Unless otherwise specified, you can expect a slow Vinyasa class, with long delicious holds so you have the opportunity to work on your technique and alignment while building strength, flexibility and stamina. Students are also encouraged to practice self awareness, ahimsa (non-violence) and self love, both on and off the mat.
