I think one of the best parts of attending a photography workshop is that you spend a few days with like minded people who are in a similar stage of their photography careers. I've made so many dear friends in the photography community who have become life long friends this way. Dan and I met at a photo workshop 8 years ago and he quickly became one of my closest friends. Technically he is my competition, but by sharing knowledge and helping each other in business, we have only both became better. This profession is often lonely but it doesn't have to be that way. At we put a big emphasis on going out for dinner/drinks after each day at the workshop as we know the benefit of this time is just as important ❤️
