In the Empowered classes we offer Drama therapy style sessions. These classes offers you a space to express feelings and enhance spontaneity using various methods including play, storytelling and movement. In working creatively we hope to promote team building and self awareness and confidence in public speaking.
You don’t need to have any experience in drama to take part. The aim isn’t to only perform or be put on the spot but to work with therapeutic aspects of drama at your own pace and with your potential all within a safe environment.

Letting everyone know that BLiTS Drama Classes will start back in term 3 2024 at a new venue. More information will follow….
