Managing students behaviour is so much easier when we know their names. Knowing student names increases your withitness. Withitness is when teachers communicate to students by their actual behaviour, that they know what students are doing, or has the proverbial “eyes in the back of the head”.

Over the years I had grown into a habitual drinker, I would drink a glass of wine or three after a hard day at school. I would celebrate Friday, by enjoying a bottle of red with dinner.
