Considering eating more organic foods, but also trying to keep up with the increasing costs of living? Here's a list of the 'dirty dozen': fruit and vegetables that are most susceptible to pesticides, even after they are washed. These should be given priority if you want to make the shift to buying more spray free produce. ๐
Meal prep Monday - snacks sorted for the week: 3 ingredient buckwheat crackers, zucchini brownies and seed-and nut loaf. All in under an hour!! I even managed to squeeze in a homemade iced tea ๐ sorted!

I made a seed and nut bread today. Great for gluten intolerances, as it contains only nuts, seeds, coconut flour and eggs. Very filling and nutritious for breakfast, lunch or as a snack
